Christina Mattison is a Heart-Centered Leadership Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher.
Her experiences as a military officer and military spouse led her to create the Strong and Resilient Woman community - a space for persona growth, mindfulness and an integrated wellness approach. Christina is also the creator of the Lead Your Life movement - a transformational wellness program for female leaders in the military.
Her mission is to help women in the military community step into the role of the empowered leader of their lives so they can live joyfully and purposefully.
Christina specializes in supporting her clients using various modalities including yoga, meditation, breath work, mindfulness and mindset coaching.
